DE Release Notes
Version 8.0 was released in February 2024 containing the following new features:
- New Network Modelling module
- Here, in a distributed organization, the target state of network communication can be defined, for example, based on application.
- This information can be used as the basis for most complex processes in Rule Lifecycle Management, such as recertification or target-state to actual-state reconciliation.
- Report Scheduling: New change notification including the sending of a report via email.
- Web Interface: New look and feel using vanilla Bootstrap CSS v5.3.2.
- IP-based Tenant Filter: Management and gateways can now be defined as either unfiltered or IP-filtered.
- Installer (breaking change!): Installation and upgrade now require ansible >=2.13 (see documentation)
